The Populists opened their political campaign in DeLamar, last night, by their candidate for Congress, Captain Gunn, making a very telling argument in favor of the principles of his party. Captain Gunn has a good many warm friends in DeLamar, and although his party is apparently not strong here he will make a very good run in the camp.
