IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT.

HOUSE OF LORDS. - November 10.

This day, at three, the lord chancellor, the earl of Winchilsea, and earl Camden, commissioners for proroguing the parliament, attended in the house of lords; and the usher of the black rod having summoned the commons to hear the commission read, Mr. Dyson, the assistant clerk, representing the commons, appeared at the bar of the house of lords. - The commission being read, the lord chancellor said,

"My Lords and Gentlemen,

"By virtue of his majesty's commission, under the great seal, to us and other lords directed, and now read, and by authority of the same, we do declare the present parliament to be further prorogued until Thursday the 17th of December next, then here to be holden; and this parliament is prorogued accordingly."
