THESE EMPLOYEES of Mississippi Products, Inc., in Jackson learned recently that the 1,244 employee-members of Profit Sharing at MPI are worth a total of $4,287,361 in the Savings and Profit Sharing Pension Fund of Sears, Roebuck and Company Employees. Profit Sharing members at MPI and at the Sears store in Jackson received annual Profit Sharing statements last week. The 1,439 members at MPI and at the Sears store have a total investment of over 5 million in the Profit Sharing Fund, a program designed to aid members build a financial reserve for retirement years.
