For the Vindicator.

Mr. Editor:--Please call the attention of the public authorities to a violation of all law and order which is daily occurring during these dog-days, near the butchery of Wm. C. Graham & Co. In the creek, on Dr. Stribling's lot, a Dam has been built and boys and half grown men are in the habit, in the full glare of day, of washing there and of exposing themselves to all passers by--the dam not being over fifty yards from the high-way. Being a modest man, I was greatly non plussed, a few days back, when riding with a party of ladies, I saw the whole bank lined with naked men creatures. Have this thing stopped for the sake of
