Extract of a Letter from Vienna, April 27.

A report prevailed here, that the Emperor has declared to the foreign Ministers, that he cannot, with an indifferent eye, look on the great advantages which the Russians had gained over the Ottomans; and that he is resolved to make use of his forces to oppose the passage of the former over the Danube, should they attempt it to augment their conquests; that, in Consequence, he has sent Prince Lobkowitz to Petersburgh, to inform the Empress of this resolution; and that if her answer, which is expected the 20th of next month, should not be conformable to his expectation, he will order his troops to prevent the Russians from gaining the Danube.
