Fourth Husband at
Hollywood Wedding
HOLLYWOOD, April
26.-(A-
Lana Turner of the million-dollar
figure and Henry J. (Bob) Top-
ping Jr., of the tin-plate millions
will merge their fortunes today
in a tinseled Hollywood wedding.
The 28-year-old actress and the
wealthy sportsman, 34, each will be
starting a fourth matrimonial ven-
ure. And they'll get off in grand
style-with typical filmland trim-
mings.
The ceremony is scheduled for
2 p.m. (PDT) in the Bel-Air home
of publisher William R. Wilkerson,
the man who first discovered Lana
hanging over a soda fountain 11
years ago.
The screen's
foremost sweater
girl will wear Chantilly lace of
champagne hue for this production.
Adding to the ceremony will be
the appearance
of Lana's five-
year-old daughter, Cheryl, as flower
girl.
That's Cheryl Crane, Lana's baby
by Stephen Crane twice her hus-
band. Artie Shaw was her first.
Topping was
parted from his
third wife, former
actress Arline
Judge, last Friday.
Arline got a
Bridgeport, Conn.,
divorce,
and
$100,000 alimony.
