FRANCKFORT, March 27.

Letters from Vienna assert, that the grand Austrian army will be in motion on the first of April.

We learn that the head quarters of the army under the command of Marechal de Romanzow are in the neighbourhood of Swaniez, which place the Polish troops have quitted.

According to letters from Hermantadt, the Renegado Koezi, promoted by the Porte to the dignity of a Pacha of three tails, commands a body of 30,000 men, which it is imagined he is authorized to lead into Transylvania, of which country he is known to be possessed of a considerable share of local information.
