BOSTON, June 15.

By late accounts from Canada, we learn, that the inhabitants are in the greatest distress, owing to the scarcity of Provisions; that in Quebec, Wheat sells for 14s. per bushel, and Flour six dollars per hundred; that a distemper has raged among the Cattle, which has carried off vast numbers of them, and reduced many of the people to the necessity of eating Horse Flesh to prevent starving; that a great number of Families have been obliged to leave the country to avoid the misery of Famine.
