GREEN GROVE BAP. CHURCH

Rev. E. A. Capers, pastor. The Union of the Eureka Baptist Association closed its regular meeting Sunday, the sessions going from Friday through Sunday night. Rev. R. B. Brown of Friendship Baptist church preached the introductory sermon and Rev. J. W. Johnson of Mt. Olive Baptist Church preached a doctrinal sermon. On Sunday afternoon Deacon Geo. Hayes of Evergreen Baptist Church delivered an address on education. Rev. J. M. Royster, pastor of Evergreen Baptist Church delivered a farewell sermon. During our meeting we were grieved to know of the death of Mrs. Lue Gather of New Zion Baptist Church, one of our workers.

Rev. S. W. Waterman, is pastor.

The total raised was $30.00.
