The South-Side Railroad.

The Senate, on yesterday, says the Richmond Republican of Friday, by a vote of 26 ayes, to 17 noes concurred with the House, in their bill authorizing a loan of $500,000 to the South Side Railroad Company, after a very spirited debate between Messrs. Deneale, Baldwin, Sheffey and others. We congratulate our friends of the South-Side upon this happy termination of their bill and hope that they will applaud the internal improvement spirit which has taken hold of a large portion of the members of the present Legislature.
