Texas Killer Is Turned Over To Officers Of U. S.

PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, Aug. 4.-(AP) Robert Jones, found by authorities to be "one and the same person" as Arthur C. Wilson, accused of killing Mrs. Irene Debolt near Van Horn, Tex., was in the hands of United States officers tonight.

The self-styled Jones will sail for Texas by way of New Orleans to face trial. Sheriff Anderson and District Attorney Roy Jackson of El Paso, Tex., will accompany him.

Mrs. Debolt, Cleveland widow, left her Ohio home with Wilson.
