PLANT EXECUTIVES TO VISIT WESTSIDE
On November 17, fourteen Eastern Industrialists and their wives will arrive for a five day inspection of the Salt River Valley, and its facilities for industry.
Presidents and Vice-Presidents of their concerns, the businessmen will be shown around by the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. Local Chambers have been working with them to show the development potentialities of the various other towns and cities in the valley.
The Avondale-Goodyear-Litchfield Park Chamber of Commerce will be host to the group when it visits the Westside on November 19. Members of the chamber's industrial development committee are Paul Foster, Eddy Hazelton, and Karl Fickes. A map of the area, and a description of the available facilities for industrial development in the Westside have been prepared by the committee for the visitors.
