A PARODY.

Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Famine, war and what's a coming;
Plague is coming, Fever's coming,
Hunger's coming, Slaughter's coming,
Drought is coming, Flood is coming,
Storm is coming, Tempest's coming,
Fire and Sword and what's a coming.

Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Pestilence and War's a coming;
Murder's coming, Ruin's coming,
Havoc's coming, Plunder's coming,
Want's coming, Blight is coming,
Itch is coming, Scurvy's coming,
Malady and Death are coming.

Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Any other scourge is coming,
Pain is coming, Torture's coming,
Waste is coming, Want is coming,
Bargain's coming, Fraud is coming,
Falsehood's coming, Intrigue's coming,
And all the train of Crime is coming.

Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Whiskey, Punch and Julep's coming,
Bows are coming, Smiles are coming,
Lies are coming, Cheats are coming,
Treachery coming, Treason's coming,
Oaths are coming, Prayers are coming.
Dinners, Speeches, and a lie coming,

Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
Little wat ye what's a coming,
HENRY CLAY himself is coming.
He'll glow, he'll glower, he'll look so big,
He'll strut, and snuff, and swear and swig,
He'll roar sublime for Johnny.
And curse Old Hickory black and blue--
And then another Prayer is coming!
