Troop 12's meeting was opened Monday evening by Lawrence Koppin with a brief review of the Scout laws. A check was made on attendance at football games and volunteers to assist at the Normal College cross country meet were called for. A tentative list for ushering at the next football game in Ann Arbor was also made.
Five boys were selected who will tell of the troop's summer camp experience at the court of honor tonight. They are Jack and Elmer Robertson, Donald Holloway, Lyman Tower and Lynn McAllister. They practiced while the remainder of the troop worked on Scout advancement. Melvin Ellis passed his second class signalling and Glenn Garlough, his first class signalling.
A game to test the observation of the scouts was played, then a few minutes of signalling followed. The final scores on the month's patrol contest was announced.
