Arrival of the Washington.
New York. Nov. 6. P. M.
The steamship Washington has arrived at this port, from Southampton. She brings no later intelligence than that received by the Hibernia, except that fresh disturbances had occurred at Berlin which had a slight effect on public securities in London.
The New York Herald has long letters from its correspondents at London and Bremen, which go to show that all the North and South of Germany is in the act of a bloody revolution, and that Europe is on the verge of a general war.
