Last Saturday Evening a Gentleman coming from Kentish Town with his Daughter in a Chaise, one of those Brutes in Human Shape, call'd Hackney Coachmen, several Times attempted to overturn him, which he at last effected, by which the Child was kill'd on the Spot; the Coachman drove off, but was pursued by some Gentlemen on Horseback, who took him; and 'tis hoped he will meet with his Deserts at Tyburn, which may be of use to deter these Lords of the Road from such villainous Practices for the future.
