President Able to Move About Without Crutches.
Washington, Oct. 20.—While President Roosevelt was unable to go to Oyster Bay to register his vote for the November election he will go home to vote. The president is progressing finely toward complete recovery and now is able to move about without crutches or even a cane, but his physicians have advised him not to travel any distance for at least two weeks. For this reason he will be unable to attend the inauguration of President Woodrow Wilson of Princeton university, although he had expressed his particular desire to be present when President Wilson is installed.
