The Circle Tour.

Each boat going down the Yukon River is carrying passengers for the circle tour. Each boat coming up the river is bringing passengers who have or are making the same circle.
The development of this tour cannot but mean ultimate prosperity for Southeastern, Western and Interior Alaska.
Persons who take this trip see the whole of Alaska in one picture. They see the Territory as a unit, and they see the needs of the whole. The opinion they form of the condition of the Territory is not distorted nor based on partial knowledge of the subject.
Alaska needs publicity, and the best kind of publicity is indisputable statement of fact.
Tourists who have seen Alaska, the three natural divisions - Southeastern, Southwestern and Interior--are enabled to carry back to the States with them, accurate impressions of, and to make authoritative comments about the Territory.
Skagway has no cause to worry because tourists wish to see the entire country. Instead, it should encourage tourists to make the tour.
Skagway is so situated as to be the natural location for a summer resort. It has a picturesque setting, sea air, and is free from insect and reptile pests.
Although its natural setting may be equalled it cannot be surpassed.
If residents of the community expend every effort to develop the "resources" nature has bestowed upon Skagway, they may be sure that visitors who pass through will compare it favorably with any other community.
