The Barney Case.

The case of DeKraft vs. Barney, in relation to the guardianship of the children of Barney, was under consideration, in the Orphans Court, on Saturday. The four children, who have been brought over from Paris by order of the court, were present, and the decree of the French Court, surrendering them, was read. Mr. Davidge, for Mr. Barney, addressed the court, and Messrs. Fendall and Bradley argued the case for Mr. DeKraft. There was quite a large attendance of ladies and gentlemen—relatives of the parties—present, who take an interest in the case. The case will come up again on Tuesday.
