CONGRESS.

The business of Congress having been concluded, the two Houses will meet at an early hour to-morrow morning, and adjourn sine die.

All the general appropriation bills have become laws, with the exception of that making provision for the transportation of the United States mail by ocean steamers and otherwise, during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth of June, 1855. The failure is owing to a disagreement on an amendment giving notice to the contractors to terminate the present arrangement.

We must not neglect to mention the passage, among other important measures, of the bill to carry into effect the Reciprocity treaty recently concluded between the United States and Great Britain.
