We would have it distinctly understood that should the proposition of voting $40,000 additional for court house carry, the present contractors will have nothing whatever to do with the building of the tower, heating plant or wiring. The board will ask for separate and distinct bids from any responsible contractor. The present contractors will never see one cent of the $40,000 unless they should be the successful bidders. There have been no changes in the original plans of the building, other than leaving off the tower or dome, the marble work and heating plant.
