Another auto accident occurred Saturday night at about 10 o'clock on the highway west of Harlem in which local families featured. George Weaselhead and family, en route to their home on the reservation after attending the music festival at Havre, were struck by a car driven by Reuben Hilliard, according to the report.
It is alleged that Hilliard was intoxicated and that he ran into the Weaselhead car which was practically at a standstill. The impact threw a child from the back seat to the road. Mrs. Weaselhead and infant who were in the front seat, escaped with minor injuries. Mr. Weaselhead sustained shoulder and leg injuries. Hilliard was hit on the head and brought to town for surgical attention in an unconscious condition.
