The Official Vote.

The State Journal gives the following
as the official footings on the several can-
didates for State Officers in every county
in the State, except La Pointe, from which
no returns have yet been received:

REPUBLICANS. DEMOCRATS.
Governor, - - Randall, 44,697 Cross,
14,185
Lt. Gov. - -- Schurz, 41,373 Campbell, 44,131
Sec. State, - - Thomas, 43,769 Jones,
45,429
Treasurer, - - Hastings,41,699 Habach,
44,298
Supt. of Inst'n, McMynn,41,405 Drayer,
14,757
Atty. Gen'l., - Jackson, 44,362 Bouck.
44,764
Compt'lr, - - McGre'r, 43,981 Squires,
14,814
State P.Com, McGraw, 44,403 McGarry, 43,795

The Majorities are as follows:
Randall, 512; Campbell, 61; Jones,
1,660; Hastings, 401; Bouck, 402; Dra-
per, 352; Squires, 833; McGraw, 608.

La Pointe, the only county to be heard
from, has been reported at 40 dem, ma-
jority. None of the "Supplements" are
included in the above totals, as they can-
not be counted except in violation of law,
and would not alter the result on any cat-
didate, if they were counted. They
would add about 650 to the Democratic
and about 400 to the Republican aggre-
gates.

Comparing the total vote, with these
additions, with the official canvass last
fall, we have the following result:

1856. 1857.
Fremont, 66,090 Randall 45,097
Buchanan, 52,867 Cross, 41,835
Total vote 118,957 99,932

It will be seen that the Republican vote
has fallen off about 21,000, the Demo-
cratic vote about 8,000; and the aggre-
gate vote some 29,000. -[Milwaukee
Sentinel.
