ANNUAL MEETING.
Bank of Hot Springs Held Their Annual Meeting Tuesday Afternoon.

The directors of the Bank of Hot Springs held their annual meeting at their banking house in this city, Tuesday afternoon. After going over the books of the institution which showed the bank to be in an excellent condition, the election of officers took place. The following were named: James Halley, president; I. M. Humphrey, vice president; G. C. Smith, cashier. These men are the incorporators of this bank years ago and have held the offices to which they were elected Tuesday since that time and as an evidence of their conservative banking methods this bank has now over $280,000 liabilities. The other directors of the bank are W. M. Knowlton and S. G. Robinson.
