OFFICER MORRIS EXPECTED.

Chief of Police Dyer received a telegram yesterday morning from Officer Mac Morris, who went to Cincinnati to bring L. L. Patzel back to Roanoke. He wired that he would leave Cincinnati at 7 o'clock yesterday morning. That will bring Officer Morris here about noon to-day with his prisoner. They come via the Norfolk and Western. Patzel tried to secure his release in Cincinnati by means of habeas corpus proceedings, but they were overruled. Officer Morris has strong hopes of capturing Bentz.
