Captain Arbuthnot, in his Majesty's Ship the Garland, is arrived in Hampton Road, having under his Convoy six Sail of Transports, with five Companies of the Royal American Regiment, under the Command of Lieutenant Colonel Bouquet. He only waits for the 200 Men to be sent from this Colony, and then proceeds for South Carolina.

And Yesterday passed thro' this City, in their Way to Hampton, 200 of the Provincial Troops of this Colony, under the Command of Lieutenant Colonel Stephen, in order to their Embarkation for South Carolina.
