LONG BEACH PASSENGERS SHAKEN UP.

Lynbrook, Long Island, Sept. 4. The Long Beach train due here about 8 o'clock this morning dropped off several cars to proceed on the 8:18 train. While the locomotive was going off the Y it ran off the track, and before it stopped several passenger coaches were also off the rails. The train stopped almost immediately and nobody was hurt, although the passengers received a severe shaking up as the wheels bounded over the ties and were badly scared. The train was delayed about one hour, and then proceeded.
