Mrs. Howard yesterday sued her husband, James Howard, proprietor of the Howard Cab company, for a division of the property belonging to them, most of which, she alleges, is in her name. She also asks for alimony and an order restraining Mr. Howard from disposing of any of the property and from molesting her in the quietude of her home. The petition is sensational in its allegations. Mr. Howard is accused of infidelity and cruelty. Amidon & Conley are Mrs. Howard's attorneys. Judge Dale granted the restraining order yesterday afternoon, and the officers tried to serve the papers on Mr. Howard last night.
