Yesterday Earl Percy, and the Hon. Mr. Sandys (elected members to represent the city and liberty of Westminster in the ensuing Parliament) proceeded to the Hustings, under the portico of Covent Garden church, from the head quarters at the Thatched House tavern in St. James's street, preceded by a band of music, flags, &c. and followed by a long train of coaches, with vast numbers of the constituents on foot. Their Majesties, and the young Princes, viewed the above procession from the windows of Lady Charlotte Finch's apartments at St. James's.
