FROM CAMPEACHY.—Captain Champlin, arrived yesterday from Campeachy, informs that the inhabitants of that place kept up rejoicings for three days in consequence of the recognition of their independence by Great Britain. All the troops were out, and 100 guns fired each day.

The Margaret Wright was one of the vessels employed to carry troops from Alvarado to Campeachy, which were well received by the government of Yucatan. General Santa Anna and his principal officers had received marks of distinction from the government.—All was quiet, and Capt. C. adds that the report of an expedition fitting out against Cuba is not correct.
