Iowa Election. From a gentleman who left Marion county, in Iowa, on Friday last, says the St. Louis Republican of the 10th inst. we have some information which tends to settle the complexion of that district. He says that the Whigs have carried the district—electing a Senator and two Representatives; that Marion county gave a democratic majority; Polk from 1 to 8 Whig majority; in Dallas, no election was held; and in Jasper, the Whig majority is 20. This will elect the whole Whig ticket and a Whig majority on joint ballot in the Legislature.
