OPA Charge

Raleigh. March 23, (AP) State
OPA Director S. Johnson said to-
day the Prince Charles Hotel in Fay-
etteville has been summoned for
alleged violation of rent control
regulations. He said that the hotel
also allegedly filed a false certifi-
cation statement to the OPA.

Norman Shepard, state OPA at-
torney, added that we demand un-
der loan Federal Judge in Meck-
lenburg: "We will go to jury
trial in New Bern on April 5."

Johnson indicated that the OPA
will what may be a real strict en-
forcement. We intend to keep ho-
tels in rent areas mostly near Army Camp
in line for benefit of members of
the armed forces and those civilians
and friends who visit them.
