DOUGLAS PARISH GETS A PRIEST.

At his service here last Sunday Rev. Father Bryant announced that this was his last formal service—assuring his flock, however, that he would always stand ready to visit them in any capacity and at any time when called upon. The gentleman, who has covered the parishes of Casper and Douglas both, will hereafter confine his work to that town and surrounding territory, and Douglas will immediately after Easter have a resident clergyman—Rev. Father Slaughterly, a young priest who comes to us from St. Paul.

Work on the new Catholic church and rectory—which are to be located on north Fourth street and have been described fully in these columns—will begin at once.
