Stewart Is Chairman Of McLean Democrats

Washburn, N. D., July 16.—McLean county Democrats elected new officers and an executive committee at their county meeting here Wednesday.

L. G. Stewart, Underwood, was named chairman; M. B. Mann, Washburn, secretary; J. A. Reuter, Garrison, treasurer; J. J. Simonson, Turtle Lake, state central committeeman.

On the executive committee are Anton Friese, Max; M. D. Hailey, Coleharbor; William Flinn, Ryder; Martin Peterson, Mercer; W. B. Mitgerald, Garrison; Ralph O'Dell, Ruso; Spencer Nordin, Coleharbor.

Thirty of the 62 precinct committeemen were present, the balance of 32 precincts being represented by proxies.
