Yesterday, Bartholomew Fitzpatrick was brought up, charged with being a disorderly person and committing an assault. It appeared from the evidence, that on Thursday evening Fitzpatrick attempted to take some lead from the door of one of the buildings partly consumed by the late fire—he was forbid by the person who was placed there as a watch, but, persisting in his depredation, was taken to the watch house. The Court ordered him to pay a fine of 50 cents and cost, amounting in all to $4 84.—Courier.
