Full Text
MORN, NOON AND NIGHT.
The morning, dear, my valentine,
And your glad eyes upon me;
The stars have all forgot to shine:
The morning, dear, my valentine,
And, oh, your smile to sun me!
The nooning, dear, my valentine,
And you to walk beside me;
To eat my bread and drink my wine;
The nooning, dear, my valentine,
And still your voice to guide me.
The even, dear, my valentine,
The white night to enfold us,
Your eyes to mirror unto mine:
The even, dear, my valentine
And God's right arm to hold us.
