Miss Mary Gautier, who is private, first class, in the Marine Corps Women's Reserve, has written her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gautier, that she has lately been made platoon leader. Miss Gautier is stationed Washington, DC where she is secretary to Brigadier General Waller of the Marine Corps. Miss Gautier is second cousin of Messrs. Henry and James Gautier of Biloxi; her father Harold Gautier is first cousin Harold Gautier Jr. is in the service somewhere overseas. She has also brother-in-law in the service, Lt. TA Wilkinson husband of the former Miss Helen Gautier who is stationed at Corpus Christi. Tomatoes are one of the richest sources of vitamin C.
