By Capt. Kelfick, who is arriv'd in Rappahannock, from Whitehaven, we have Advice, That the Grand Duke of Tuscany is elected Emperor of Germany; and that there were great Rejoicings in many Parts of England, on that Occasion. Capt. Kelfick also says, the Dutch Forces, which were order'd over to England, were arriv'd, before he came away.
The following is a Postscript of a Letter, which a Gentleman receiv'd here Yesterday, from New-York:
"This Moment, as I'm going to seal the Letter, I am inform'd of the Arrival of a London Vessel, late last Night, in Six Weeks Passage; by whom there is Advice, that the Grand Duke is chosen Emperor; That a Peace is concluded between the Queen of Hungary, and the King of Prussia, who has engag'd to assist the former with 30,000 Men: And, that the Venetians have join'd the King of Sardinia, against the French, Spaniards, and Genoese. If these Things be true, we may soon expect to hear of great Alterations in the Affairs of Europe."
