Father of 13-Year-Old Los Angeles Girl Committed Forgeries.

Los Angeles, Cal.--Bruce B. Kimmiss, father of 13-year-old Priscilla Kimmiss, whose extensive operations in passing worthless checks led the police to believe she possessed abnormal precocity as a criminal, confessed he had committed the forgeries charged against the child and had directed her throughout.

"She did exactly as I told her," said the father, "without the slightest intimation that she was doing wrong. I made her believe all these transactions were part of my regular business."
