The Bolivar Bulletin, by the death of the lamented M. R. Parrish, has passed under the sole management, editorial and otherwise, of Captain J. M. Hubbard, the surviving partner of Parrish and Hubbard. Captain Hubbard has had nearly entire control of the political department of the Bulletin the past year, and the principles he has enunciated and ably defended have the ring of the true metal. The Bulletin has prospered under Captain Hubbard's guidance, and we feel assured of a brilliant success for it in future. —Memphis Appeal.

Since the death of M. R. Parrish, the sanctum of the Bolivar Bulletin is occupied by J. M. Hubbard, who was associated with Mr. Parrish. The number before us of January 8, presents an improved appearance.—Lexington Reporter.
