Our latest dates from London are the 9th, and from Paris the 6th of December being fifty-one days from the former, and fifty-four from the latter. It is now twenty-seven days since the arrival of any ship bringing European news. The Journal of Commerce reminds us, that this day a year ago, the ship Hannibal, Capt. Hebard, arrived from London, with papers of that city to January 1st, and a Portsmouth paper of January 4th. The Robert Edwards arrived January 22d, with London papers to Dec. 23.-N. Y. Com.
