War with Morocco.

Information was received the night before last by our government, that the emperor of Morocco had declared war against the United States. Captain Bainbridge of the frigate Philadelphia, came up with a frigate of 22 guns belonging to the emperor of Morocco, and sent an officer to board. He was at first refused permission to board, but upon Captain Bainbridge's threatening to give him a broad side she yielded. Captain Brown, commander of a brig from Boston, and 11 men were found in her holds. Captain Bainbridge immediately released the men, retook the brig and sent his Imperial Majesty's vessel to Gibraltar. The council was sitting yesterday, to devise ways and means to meet this new difficulty.
