ATLANTIC CITY - (ANP)

Mrs. Emma C. Clement, the 'American Mother of 1946,' will address a public meeting on Sept. 26 in the First Presbyterian church under auspices of the race relations' committee of the chamber of commerce.

The meeting will be the first of a series of meetings seeking better relations, to be promoted by the committee.

Mrs. Clement is the widow of the late Bishop Rufus Clement of the A.M.E. Zion church and was selected American Mother of 1946 by the American Mother's committee of Golden Rule foundation, New York City.
