Pierre. In the supreme court opinions were handed down in the following cases:
By Smith. J. C. Perkins vs. Roberts county, reversed; Andrew Van Camp vs. Robert Webber, et al., Hyde county, affirmed.
By Haney. State ex rel., E. W. Cormick vs. S. A. Ramsey, et al., Sanborn county, affirmed.
By Whiting. Nichols-Shepard company vs. Johnson Harsted et al., Codington county, reversed.
C. D. Olmstead, William E. David and Charles T. McCoy were admitted to practice in the court.
Depositions are being taken today before Frank Cane as referee in the suit which has been brought by the express companies to nullify the law of the last session fixing rates.
