From Dr. Todd, the democratic candidate for representative in the state legislature, who is on his way to fill appointments at Andalusia and other points in the west part of the county. His report of affairs in Henry county is highly encouraging to the democrats, and we have not the slightest doubt the Dr. will make lots of personal friends in his present tour, and strengthen the democratic cause in this county.
