What will be the consequence? The downfall of the tyrant, the salvation of the community. The gentleman pretended to be degraded, may bid defiance, to any power on earth, to annul his commission, until his mal-administration renders him a proper object of judicial enquiry.

An opinion of safety under the conduct of any leader is all that can ensure a party; if therefore so seemingly uncontroulable a champion, was so shamefully baffled in the grand cast for his whole empire who shall hereafter offer at his shrine, or who reverence his multi assumed omnipotence!
