Arrangements have been made by which the Florida State geological survey will cooperate during 1907-08 with the national geological survey in the Florida work. A report will be prepared during the year on the general geology of the State. Information will also be obtained for a report on the underground water supply. The national survey has allotted for this work $4,000. The cooperative work on the part of the State survey will begin at once. The parties from the national survey are expected to reach Florida later in the fall. The work of the State survey will be directed more especially to the study of the underground water supply.
