STICK A PIN THERE!

The Washington Correspondent of the "Standard," in his last letter, says—

The Graduation bill owes its passage through the House, in its present excellent shape, in a great measure, to the exertions of two North Carolina members—Messrs. McKay and Dobbin!

We call upon the people of the State to weigh well this sentence. This Graduation Bill—this bill of plunder and robbery—this measure, which cruelly and wrongfully sacrifices the interest of North Carolina in the Public Lands, was indebted to its passage through the House of Representatives, to two Representatives—so called—of the feelings and wishes of North Carolina.—Ral. Register.
