The President of the United States communicated to the House of Representatives on Friday in pursuance of a resolution of that body, a voluminous correspondence relating to the conduct of M. Kossuth while on his passage from Turkey, on board the United States steam-frigate Mississippi. From this mass of papers we select for publication the letters, which appear in to-day's Gazette, and which, with what has heretofore been published on the same subject, appears to complete the history of the matter.
