Land Decisions.

WASHINGTON, May 15.—In the case of Edwin Thompson vs. Horace Bartram involving land in Visalia, Cal., the decision of the Commissioner is affirmed.

In the case of James H. Murphy vs. Edwin Smith, involving land in the Los Angeles District, Assistant Secretary Chandler decides that further departmental action is unnecessary.

In the case of Lauriana L. Silva vs. Daniel Rees and the Central Pacific Railroad Company, involving land in the San Francisco District, the decision of the Commissioner is affirmed.
